Method of use

How to use HMB Formula: It is recommended to consume one portion of the preparation (2 capsules) and drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day. On training days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion immediately after training, III portion before bedtime. On non-workout days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion 30 minutes before the main meal, III portion before bedtime.
