The only form of magnesium used as an active ingredient is magnesium glycinate.

Unbuffered – the product does not contain the addition of magnesium oxide or other cheaper forms of magnesium used for “buffering” and artificially increasing the magnesium content on the label. Thanks to this, the source of active magnesium is only magnesium glycinate.

Ingredients:

81% magnesium diglycinate (magnesium), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,1% pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Method use: Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably with a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.

Warning: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

It is best to consume before end, number party production: see the bottom of the package.

Method storage: Store in a dry place at temp. 15 to 25°C, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
