Effects of Premium Collagen
Collagen is the basic structural protein of the body, which is the main component of the intercellular substance. It constitutes 1/3 of all proteins found in the human body, giving tensile resistance thanks to its structure of tissues. It is the main protein in the skin, tendons and bones. It also provides support for many internal organs. With age ok. 25 years of age, the amount of collagen in the body begins to decrease (similar to hyaluronic acid), and around 60 years of age practically ceases to be produced by the body, which causes degradation, destruction of already existing collagen fibers. The decrease in collagen levels in the body is also affected by m.in. improper diet, stress, nerves, alcohol or smoking. Therefore, its supplementation is recommended.
Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product must not be used by children, pregnant or lactating women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Due to the content of vitamin C, do not use in people who are predisposed to the formation of kidney stones or suffer from kidney stones. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
