Description

Vitamin D is involved in many physiological processes in the human body. It supports the proper absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus, maintaining healthy bones, teeth, normal levels of calcium in the blood, in the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system.

The level of vitamin D in the blood depends mainly on the exposure of the skin to sunlight, which stimulates the body to produce cholecalciferol and its consumption along with the diet.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Natural sources of vitamin D can raise its level, but they are considered ineffective for maintaining its level recommended by experts throughout the year.

Vitamin D3 4000 IU from Solgar is produced from lanolin – wax obtained from sheep’s wool. There is no harm to sheep when cutting, which is why the product is suitable for vegetarians.

In the package of special dark glass, there are 60 vegetable capsules, each of which contains 100 μg of cholecalciferol.

Method of use
