MEGA HMB contains almost double the dose of HMB capsules. ß-hydroxyß-methylbutyrate is a metabolite of essential BCAA, an amino acid leucine and is synthesized in the human body. It produces about 0,2-0,4 grams per day. The standard dose supported by scientific research is 3g per day. Leucine is becoming an increasingly popular ingredient for bodybuilders.
