Ortosenal is a preparation for joints and healthy sleep, developed for people whose joints are exposed to overload every day, both in physically active people, overweight, as well as seniors or during convalescence. In such situations, motor discomfort may appear, and in the evening difficulty with calming and sleeping. The preparation is intended for adults. Ortosenal is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets, intended for use once a day, preferably in the evening.

Action:
Glucosamine is a compound naturally present in cartilage and joint fluid, belonging to glycosaminoglycans. Collagen hydrolyzate contains collagen peptides that build connective tissue. Incense resin extract, standardized to 60% boswellic acid, supports joint mobility and flexibility. Copper and manganese help maintain the proper condition of connective tissues. In addition, manganese is involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress. Lemon balm herb supports healthy sleep, promotes evening relaxation and positive mood. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Application:
The product is intended for adults to supplement their daily diet with ingredients that support joint health and evening calming and falling asleep. It can be used during periods of increased physical activity, after injuries, overweight and in old age.
How to use:
It is recommended to take one tablet a day, preferably in the evening, before bedtime. The tablet should be taken with water. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
Precautions:
The preparation is intended only for adults. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding, in the case of kidney stones, gastrointestinal diseases, as well as with concomitant use of anticoagulants, sleeping, sedatives or preparations containing melatonin is not recommended. Do not take before driving or using machines. Dietary supplement does not replace a varied diet. Store in a dry, shaded place at temperatures below 25°C. Protect from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
