What is NAD+

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a key coenzyme naturally occurring in living organisms. It is involved in numerous biochemical reactions occurring at the cellular level.

Role of NAD+ in the body:

• Participates in metabolic reactions associated with nutrient metabolism
• It is a cofactor of enzymes involved in cellular processes
• Plays an important role in redox reactions

NAD+ is a widely studied compound for its role in cellular metabolism and biochemistry. Its participation in numerous enzymatic processes makes it an important element in the study of cell biology.

How does NAD⁺ change with age?

The level of NAD⁺ in the body decreases gradually from about 20. year of age. Research shows that:

How is NAD+ used?

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule, preferably on an empty stomach. For a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take 2 hours after eating. Drink a glass of water. Do not drink coffee, tea, juice or milk.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended.
