How is astaxanthin used?

• Recommended daily intake: 600 mg (1 full scoop), preferably during a meal containing fats (e.g. lunch). Dissolve in 200 ml of lukewarm water before consumption (max. 40°C), stirring vigorously for several seconds. Can also be added to smoothies or yogurt.
• Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended.

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the product. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
