How is apigenin used?

The recommended daily dose of the product is an average of 5 mg / kg of body weight, but do not exceed 1,5 g per day.

Take preferably during or immediately after a meal containing healthy fats (e.g. olive oil, avocado, nuts, MCT oil). It can also be dissolved in a small amount of fat before consumption (e.g. a teaspoon of oil).

Apigenin has poor water solubility – it is not recommended to combine it with hot drinks, milk or coffee. For the best assimilation, it is worth avoiding eating on an empty stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended.
