PROMAKER CREATINE MONOHYDRATE is a moncreatine hydrogen hypoxate capsule, at a dose of 1000 mg per capsule. The daily portion is 5 capsules, or 5000 mg (5 g) of pure creatine – without measuring powder, shaker and mixing. The pack contains 140 capsules, which corresponds to 28 full servings, or 4 weeks of use.
Monohydrate – the best studied form of creatine
Monohydrate is a form of creatine most often used in research on physical performance and strength sports. The product contains only pure monohydrate – without mixtures with cheaper forms of creatine and without fillers boosting the mass of the capsule.
1000 mg vs 700 – 800 mg – fewer capsules per serving
