Mix one portion (8,5 g = ¼ scoops or ½ sachets) in 150ml of water. Up to 75 kg of body weight and for sensitive people – mix a portion of 8,5 g in 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight and with a high training load a portion of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended portion during the day.

The sensation of smoking on the lips is caused by the presence of Bioperin® (95% of the bioperine content present in black pepper extract). The effect disappears for up to 15 minutes. Also, the feeling of tingling and itching is a reaction to the active ingredients of the preparation. Due to the presence of active ingredients in the finished drink, undissolved particles may be present. This is a feature of the product and does not indicate its defect.

Contains caffeine (200 mg/17 g / 100 mg/8,5 g) – not recommended for children and pregnant women.
