Dietary supplement Pharmovit Omega 3-6-9 is a preparation recommended to all people who want to supplement their daily diet with unsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients:

Fish oil (fish), flaxseed oil, sunflower seed oil, capsule shell: gelatin, moisture retainer: glycerol, water, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).

Properties:

• Omega 3-6-9 contains unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 - EPA, DHA, ALA, Omega 6 - LA and Omega 9 - OA.
• Vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
• EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
• In addition, DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and maintaining normal vision. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of DHA per day.
• Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 2 g of ALA and 10 g of LA per day.

Recommended daily intake:
