Use and safety:

• Recommended use: 1 to 2 sachets a day, during a meal. It is best to consume 30 minutes to 1 hour before the planned feeding or expressing food.
• Preparation method: Pour the contents into approx. 150 ml of water or milk (cool or warm) and mix thoroughly. The powder can also be combined with yogurt.
• Important recommendations: It is recommended to start using after completing 2. days after childbirth (in the absence of milk infusion). The minimum duration of use is 12 days (brak contraindications for longer use).
