OstroVit uses magnesium carbonate, citrate and magnesium lactate at the same time, which positively affects the quality of the product and its bioavailability and bioavailability.

✔ TRIPLE ZINC Zinc complex (gluconate, picolinate, citrate) - zinc is a chemical element with the symbol Zn. It is a mineral component, classified as microelements, which in the human body occurs primarily in skeletal muscles and bones. It is a substance that can be found in many different foods, and red meat, poultry, dry legume seeds, nuts and whole grain cereal products are considered the main sources of zinc.

The preparation OstroVit uses zinc gluconate and picolinate and zinc citrate at the same time, i.e. forms of the compound that are distinguished by high bioavailability, which positively affects the effectiveness of supplementation and increases the absorption of a valuable component in the body.

✔ D-aspartic acid - DAA - an endogenous amino acid, produced primarily in the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. D-aspartic acid is also found in food - the compound can be found mainly in products of animal origin, but small amounts of substances are also present in asparagus, avocado or oatmeal.

✔ Ashwagandha root extract KSM-66® - an extract from the root of a plant belonging to the nightshade family, also called lethargic greeting or Indian ginseng. Fresh ashwagandha root is characterized by an intense smell and richness of valuable substances - it is primarily a source of withanolides, on which the content is standardized used in the preparation OstroVit plant extract.

✔ Melatonin - a hormone that occurs naturally in the human body. The substance is produced in the central nervous system by the pineal gland, which is one of the endocrine glands and is a derivative of tryptophan. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the body increases darkness, while light inhibits the course of processes. The natural production of the hormone in the body begins after sunset and occurs most intensely in the middle of the night, between two and four o’clock.
