OstroVit Omega 3 Ultra 90 capsules - source of EPA, DHA and vitamin E
Omega-3 fatty acids are compounds included in the group of essential fatty acids (EFAs). The body is not able to synthesize them on its own, which is why they must be supplied to the body from the outside, along with food or dietary supplements. Among the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids can be distinguished m.in. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are naturally found in fatty marine fish and seafood.
OstroVit Omega 3 Ultra is also a source of vitamin E, a group of organic chemical compounds, classified as fat-soluble vitamins, among which D-alpha-tocopherol shows the greatest biological activity used in the preparation. It is a compound that is stored in the human body in adipose tissue, as well as in the adrenal glands.
