Effects of OMEGA 3 TG

Fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.

DHA additionally contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and proper vision.

Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

The formula is supplemented with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Each capsule provides as much as 500 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA, thanks to which a small amount of the product allows you to supplement your diet with valuable omega-3 fatty acids.
