How to consume Omega 3❓

➡ Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink enough water.

Omega-3s are not synthesized in the human body, so they must be delivered to the body from the outside - along with a daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements. The sources of omega-3 fatty acids are primarily fatty sea fish, as well as seafood and caviar.
