Effects of OMEGA 3 INTENSE EPA/DHA VITAMIN E

Omega-3 fatty acids are compounds that have a number of health-promoting properties for the human body. The natural source of omega-3 fatty acids are mainly fish, vegetable oils or fats of animal origin. Most omega-3s contain fish oil. Omega-3 acids are a natural building material for the body. The human body itself is not able to produce omega-3 acids, so they should be supplied either in the diet or from other sources, e.g. dietary supplements - capsules with fish oil.

Key Ingredients and Their Effects

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): It primarily affects the proper functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the proper functioning of the heart.

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): Contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. Like the EPA, it also supports the proper functioning of the heart.

Vitamin E: It is a powerful antioxidant that participates in protecting the cell from oxidative stress, slowing down the aging and dying processes of cells.

The oil comes from fish of the species Engraulis Ringens.

Engraulis ringens is a species of marine fish of the anchovy family (Engraulidae), known in Polish as Peruvian anchovette or Peruvian anchovy.

Basic information

• Occurrence: It occurs mainly in Pacific waters off the coast of Peru and Chile.

• Appearance: A small fish, usually up to 15 to 20 cm long, with a silvery body and fairly large eyes.

• Environment: Lives in large shoals in the coastal zone, in the plankton-rich waters of the cool Peruvian Current (Humboldt).

Peruvian anchovette oil (Engraulis ringens) is considered a very good source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Why is anchovette a good source of omega-3?

• The richness of EPA and DHA – these two forms of omega-3 fatty acids are best studied and most beneficial for health (they affect the cardiovascular system, brain, vision, anti-inflammatory effects).

• Low position in the food chain – anchovette is a small plank-eating fish. As a result, it accumulates less heavy metals and pollutants than large predatory fish (e.g. tuna).

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product must not be used by pregnant women, lactating women and children without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule 2 times a day preferably after a meal with water. It is important to follow a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. There may be natural color differences in the product. The moisture absorber placed inside the jar serves to maintain the freshness of the product and is inedible. It should be stored in a jar.
