ZMA® - a dietary supplement containing zinc chelate formula, magnesium and vitamin B6 in capsules.

Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and is also involved in maintaining proper energy metabolism, participates in the proper synthesis of proteins and promotes the reduction of fatigue. Zinc, in turn, participates in maintaining normal testosterone concentration in blood serum and protecting cell components from oxidative damage. Vitamin B6, on the other hand, contributes to the proper formation of red blood cells and the regulation of hormonal activity.

The product is intended for athletes and active people.

Recommended daily dose: men 3 capsules a day, women 2 capsules a day, 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime or otherwise, after consulting a doctor.
