INGREDIENTS: oil concentrate with fish (anchois, sardine, tuna), capsule shell (beef gelatin, moisture-holding substance: glycerol; water); antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol (from sunflower). May contain: yeast, wheat, gluten, soya, milk, egg, shellfish and sezam.
HOW TO USE: Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with meals.
