Super Omega-3-6-9 by NOW Foods is a high-quality supplement that is a unique combination of valuable fatty acids from the Omega-3, -6 and -9 families derived from fish oils, borage and flax seeds.

The group of polyunsaturated Omega-3 acids includes alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). EPA and DHA are responsible for the proper functioning of the heart. DHA also contributes to maintaining correct vision and supports brain function.
