S-adenosil methionine is a naturally occurring compound in the body that plays a crucial role in various metabolic processes.
Method of consumption:
Take 1 tablet 2 to 4 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach.

Ingredients:
SAM (S-adenosil-L-methionine) (from S-adenosil-L-methionine disulfate tosylate) – 400 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable origin), pharmaceutical glaze, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin), silicon dioxide, glycerin, sodium alginate and L-arginine.
