Psyllium husk (shell) powdered (Plantago afra).

Usage:

Mix vigorously from 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (4,5 g - 9 g) of powder with a minimum of 1 - 1,5 cups (250 - 355 ml) of water or juice, respectively, and consume immediately, 1 time a day. When using the preparation, you should consume an additional 1-2 glasses of water per day. You should start with smaller amounts and gradually increase the amount consumed to 1 teaspoon per day within 1-2 weeks.
