Psyllium Husk by NOW Foods is a high-quality supplement that is an excellent source of fiber, thanks to which it supports the proper functioning of the digestive system. Contains powdered psyllium seeds and husks (Plantago psyllium). It is an annual plant that occurs naturally in the Mediterranean countries, mainly in Spain.
