DMG (Dimethylglycine) by NOW Foods is a high quality supplement that contains 125 mg of pangamic acid in one capsule. Pangamic acid, or N,N-Dimethylglycine (DMG) - also called vitamin B15, is a derivative of the amino acid glycine. It comes in few types of food, such as beans, brown rice, and pumpkin seeds.

DMG is a donor (donor) of methyl, thanks to which it improves disturbed methylation processes in the body. It is involved in numerous biochemical pathways and is important for glutathione synthesis. It also helps to promote optimal use of cellular oxygen.
