CoQ10 with Lecithin & Vitamin E by NOW Foods is a high-quality dietary supplement with a wide range of health-promoting properties. Each capsule provides high doses of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), vitamin E and soy lecithin.

Coenzyme Q10 plays a key role in cellular energy production. It also acts as a powerful antioxidant. Removes free radicals from cell membranes and blood vessels. Coenzyme Q10 supports a number of important body processes, including cardiovascular function, brain and nervous system health, immune system function, healthy aging, and more. NOW's product contains only the natural form of CoQ10 produced by fermentation. [1,2]

Coenzyme Q10, as e.g. Vitamins C, E, A, flavonoids or carotenoids, belongs to non-enzymatic exogenous antioxidants that dissolve in water and fats. Coenzyme Q10 is produced by our body, but with age its concentration decreases. Coenzyme Q10 protects cells from free radical reactions. [3]
