NOW Foods Co-Enzyme B-Complex

B vitamins are crucial for the body, supporting energy production, blood cell formation, proper functioning of the nervous system and numerous metabolic processes. However, the forms of B vitamins present in foods and most supplements need to be converted into their active forms so that they can act as cofactors in biochemical reactions. NOW® Co-Enzyme B-Complex provides B vitamins in their active, ready-to-use form, called coenzyme.

Method of consumption:

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

 

Composition:

Vitamin C (from magnesium ascorbate) - 60 mg

Thiamine (vit. B-1) (from thiamine hydrochloride and cocarboxylase) - 50 mg

Riboflavin (as riboflavin and from riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate) - 50 mg

Niacin (vitamin B-3) (from inositol hexanicotinate and NAD trihydrate) - 100 mg

Vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride and P-5-P monohydrate) - 50 mg

Folate [with Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-MTHF** glucosamine salt] - 667 mg DFE

Vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin and dibencazid) - 250 mg

Biotin - 1000 µg

Pantothenic acid (vitamin B-5) (from calcium and pantetine pantothenate) - 50 mg

Choline (from choline bitartrate) - 25 mg

Betaine anhydrous -50 mg

Alpha-lipoic acid -50 mg

PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) - 25 mg

Inositol (from inositol hexanicotinate, inositol hexaphosphate and inositol) -30 mg

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) - 10 mg

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

Not made from wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or tree nut ingredients. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
