Choline and Inositol, 500mg – 100 caps is a dietary supplement consisting of B vitamins, namely choline (vitamin B4) and inositol (vitamin B8).

It is a preparation supporting the treatment of liver and cardiovascular diseases, also helpful in the fight against infertility, insomnia, chronic headaches, memory and concentration problems or depressive disorders. Regular intake of Choline and Inositol also improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails and prevents baldness.
