Introducing MZ PURE DAO - a dietary supplement containing the enzyme DAO (diamine oxidase) derived from protein extract from pork kidneys. The product was created for people whose diet is rich in histamine and who want to supplement their daily diet with DAO and vitamin C.

The DAO enzyme, also called “histaminase”, is a component of the protein extract from pork kidneys used in the product. MZ PURE DAO provides 0,9 mg of diamino oxidase in the recommended daily dose. The product can be an element of daily supplementation of people consuming products containing histamine, such as fish, canned food, hard cheeses, silage, tomatoes, spinach, eggplant, strawberries, citrus, avocado or chocolate.

Pork kidney extract, which is a source of the DAO enzyme in this supplement, is produced by the Spanish company Bioiberica. Raw materials come from slaughterhouses with appropriate authorisations and slaughtered animals undergo detailed veterinary examinations.

MZ PURE DAO also contains vitamin C in the form of ascorbyl palmitate. The recommended daily intake of the product provides 12,75 mg of vitamin C, which corresponds to 16% of the reference intake. The product combines the enzyme DAO and vitamin C in one formula.

The product is available in the form of small, easy-to-swallow capsules. To preserve the full properties of the DAO enzyme, it is recommended to store the supplement in the refrigerator.
