PRENACAPS is a line of dietary supplements designed for women trying to have a baby, pregnant and breastfeeding.
PRENACAPS DHA contains 600 mg of DHA and 120 EPA obtained from small fish (anchovis) in the form of triglycerides.

The team of the Polish Gynecological Society recommends consuming at least 600 mg of DHA for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It also recommends that the source of fish DHA should be small fish.

COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT
The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains:
fish oil – 1200 mg, including DHA (TG) – 600 mg, EPA (TG) – 120 mg.
TRIGLYCERIDES are a natural form of omega-3 with high bioavailability.
Ingredients: fish oil, beef gelatin, moisture retainer: glycerol, antioxidant: tocopherol mixture (from soy).
METHOD OF USE
Take 2 capsules 1 time a day with a meal.

Storage conditions:
