Turmeric is one of the healthiest spices in the world. Known and used for centuries not only in cuisine but also in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Curcumin is the main active component of the long oyster rhizome.

The preparation contains a natural extract of CurQreal® from turmeric standardized to a high content of 95% curcuminoid. Isolated curcumin was obtained by long oyster rhizome extraction (Curcuma longa).

CurQreal® is a carefully selected complex of three curcuminoids naturally occurring in turmeric: curcumin, desmethoxycurcumin (DMC) and bis-desmethoxycurcumin (BDMC).

CurQreal® is free from synthetic curcuminoids made from petrochemical raw materials, which are sometimes used as additives in commercial turmeric extracts.

The fully natural origin of CurQreal® has been confirmed by analytical studies using a validated method of radioisotope dating with C14 carbon.

To increase the bioavailability of curcuminoids, the composition was enriched with natural black pepper extract BioPerine®, standardized to 95% piperine.

Piperine is an organic chemical compound found in black pepper fruits. The piperid alkaloid was first isolated by Hans Christian Oersted in 1819.

BioPerine® is a patented black pepper fruit extract developed by Sabins, standardized to a high piperine content and subjected to rigorous quality control. It has GRAS status, which confirms its safety, and its reproducible parameters and technological properties have been documented in numerous analyses and clinical trials.

Ingredients: CurQreal® (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids, black pepper fruit (Fructus piperis nigri), BioPerine® extract from black pepper (Piper nigrum) standardized to 95% piperine, gelatin (capsule shell).
