Magnesium Citrate with Vitamin B6

Magnesium Citrate + Vitamin B6 is a dietary supplement consisting of magnesium citrate and vitamin B6. Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium, one of the best absorbed forms of this element. It shows very good solubility and stability, which is why it is one of the most recommended magnesium preparations. Thanks to this, magnesium enters our body and is not excreted. In addition, vitamin B6 increases the absorption of magnesium by up to 40% and enables proper transport of micronutrients to the body's tissues, which allows maintaining the proper concentration of magnesium.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product must not be used by children, pregnant or lactating women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
