Method of use

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal, with water. Regular use supports the work of muscles, nervous system and reduction of fatigue.

Recommended daily dose

1 capsule provides 833 mg of magnesium citrate (a source of magnesium) and 3 mg of vitamin B6 (P-5-P – pyridoxal phosphate). Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
