Ingredients: 96 % magnesium complex (magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium lactate, magnesium carbonate), capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,1 % vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Usage: Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably with a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.
