Life Extension Mega EPA/DHA is a dietary supplement in soft capsules, containing concentrated fish oil, which is a source of omega-3 EPA and DHA acids. A daily serving, or 2 soft capsules, provides 2000 mg of fish oil concentrate, including 720 mg of EPA and 480 mg of DHA. The product also contains vitamin E in the form of d-alpha-tocopherol. EPA and DHA help in the proper functioning of the heart. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect occurs with an adequate daily supply of these acids. The product contains ingredients of fish origin, so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

Usage:

Adults: take 2 soft capsules daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or qualified specialist. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
