Lactofem Forte is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder with a classic taste, designed for breastfeeding women. It contains barley malt extract, beta-glucan, plant extracts (melisa, hops) and B vitamins and vitamin D3, which support lactation and enrich the nutritional value of breast milk.

Barley malt extract, acacia fiber, barley extract (Hordeum vulgare L.) standardized to 70% beta-glucan,lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.) DER 4:1, oat extract (Avena sativa L.) standardized to 80% beta-glucan,extract of hop cones (Humulus lupulus L.) DER 4:1, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), colecalciferol (vitamin D3),thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), pteroilomonoglutamic acid (folic acid), d-biotin (vitamin B7).

Method of use
It is recommended to consume 1-2 sachets a day during a meal, 30 minutes to 1 hour before the planned feeding or expressing food. The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in approximately 150 ml of cool or warm milk or water and thoroughly mixed until completely dissolved. You can also add to natural or flavored yogurt.
