PRENACAPS DHA is a specialized supplement designed for women planning pregnancy, being pregnant and breastfeeding. It provides essential unsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids, which are the fundamental building blocks of the child's body.
The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains:
- Fish oil – 1200 mg, including:
- DHA (TG) – 600 mg,
- EPA (TG) – 120 mg.
TG – triglycerides.
Ingredients:
Fish oil from anchovis, beef gelatin, moisture retainer: glycerol, antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols (from soy).
Dosage:
Take 2 capsules 1 time a day with a meal.
Can be taken at any time of the day.
