The formula is simple - it contains alpha-galactosidase and a plant capsule of cellulose and water. According to available data, the product is vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free.

Usage:

Adults: Take 1 capsule with a meal containing problematic food, e.g. legumes, cruciferous vegetables or other products rich in complex carbohydrates.
