Product description: Doppelherz aktiv Meno COMPLEX dietary supplement contains a comprehensive combination of ingredients that help in calm menopause and maintain good skin and hair condition. 1 capsule provides as much as 300 mg of evening primrose oil, 250 mg of standardized red clover extract, 300 µg of biotin and 5 mg of zinc.

• Red clover helps to reduce unpleasant symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, excessive sweating, irritability or fatigue. Red clover also has a positive effect on the elasticity and strength of blood vessels and capillary walls.
• Evening primrose oil naturally promotes metabolic balance, and vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients: Oenothera sp. cold pressed evening primrose seed oil,red clover herb extract (Trifolium pratense) standardized to 20% isoflavones,gelatin, magnesium oxide, coconut oil, moisture retainer:glycerol, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids,emulsifier: lecithin (from soy), DL-alpha-toco-feryl acetate,moisture-retaining substance:sorbitols, zinc oxide, aroma, pyridoxine hydrochloride,Calcium D-pantothenate, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides,thiamine mononitrate, D-biotin, pteroilomonoglutamic acid.

Usage: It is recommended to consume 1 capsule a day preferably after a meal, with plenty of water. Regular use is recommended for at least 2 months.
