Ingredients: Fish powder, Calcium, Fish gelatin – capsule, Anti-caking agent (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin K (Menachinone 7).
The recommended daily intake is 2 capsules. Take twice a day, during a meal, with water.
The preparation is intended for adults. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use a dietary supplement after the date of minimum durability. The date of minimum durability is on the side of the package.
Vitamin D: Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist.
Vitamin K: The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
