Chanca piedra (Phyllanthus amarus/niruri), is also known as Bhumyamalaki. It is an Ayurvedic herb that supports the body's natural balance. It helps maintain the proper functioning of the digestive and circulatory systems, as well as the metabolism of sugars and lipids.
