Calcium and vitamin D help reduce bone mineral loss in postmenopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures. This information is intended for women aged 50 years and older. The beneficial effect occurs when you consume at least 1200 mg of calcium per day and 20 μm of vitamin D from all sources.

Properties:

Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones and supports the proper functioning of the body in combination with calcium and vitamin D3.
