The most abundant mineral in the body - calcium is found mainly in bones and teeth. Men and women, despite taking calcium supplements, may still struggle with bone density loss. Why? Because most people do not take enough calcium to replenish the amount of calcium lost during the natural aging process. In addition, many forms of calcium are difficult to absorb. [1-3]

Method of use

Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, four (4) capsules a day. Scientific studies suggest that calcium supplementation in divided doses with a meal in the morning and evening may bring better results. Maintaining optimal levels of vitamin D in the blood facilitates and increases calcium absorption.
