Product Description:
L-carnitine plays an important role in lipid metabolism, and has the ability to lower cholesterol and triacylglycerol levels.
L-carnitine also participates in the metabolism of branched chain amino acids (valine, leucine, isoleucine) and in carbohydrate metabolism.
The daily requirement for L-carnitine for a healthy adult is approx. 15 mg and is satisfied by endogenous synthesis and diet.
How to use:
- Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of cold water. Take 1 tablet daily.
