L-citrulline is an endogenous (conditionally exogenous) amino acid that the body cannot produce in sufficient quantities, especially during greater effort, so supplementing it may be necessary. Citrulline in large quantities occurs, for example, in watermelons. Malic acid (malate) is an organic acid, naturally occurring, for example, in apples. As a result of the synergistic combination of citrulline and malic acid, citrulline malate is formed.
Thanks to this combination, Citrulline is able to survive the acidic environment of the stomach and go straight to the muscles, where it is needed. L-citrulline is a precursor of ornithine and arginine, which means better muscle blood supply and faster regeneration, by affecting the removal of toxins from the body, among others ammonia and lactic acid.
Biotech Citrulline Malate will also help reduce muscle tissue loss in people who are during fat reduction.
Method of Use
Mix 3,2g of powder (1 scoop filled to mark or 1 flat teaspoon) with 200ml of water in a shaker. Preferably 30 minutes before training.
