What is Common Gout?

Aegopodium podagraria L. is a plant belonging to the celery family. Its native area of occurrence is Europe and Western Asia. The plant has a long history of use as an herbal ingredient, and its Polish name is due to the fact that it was once used as a traditional remedy for the treatment of gout, i.e. gout varieties.

The extract of gout herb is a source of valuable phytonutrients that have a beneficial effect on the body, such as flavonoids, terpenes, carotenes (including provitamin A), organic acids, as well as valuable essential oils.

How does gout work?

Due to the active ingredients contained, gout has a positive effect on the body, especially in the area related to digestion and metabolism of nutrients – it improves the functioning of the liver, kidneys and digestive tract, as well as regulates metabolism and appetite, thanks to which it can be helpful in reducing and maintaining normal body weight. Podagrycznik is therefore an ideal element complementing the diet for people who want to take care of a slim figure and good form.

What is the power and origin of the extract?

When planning supplementation, it is worth paying attention not only to the power of the extract, but also to its origin. Manufacturers of some supplements use extracts of gout of unknown, often Chinese origin.

The extract contained in our product was produced from the beginning to the end in Poland, from herbs derived exclusively from Polish crops and is characterized by a high DER extraction coefficient of 10:1. This means that 1000 mg of dried gout herb was used to obtain 100 mg of the extract.
