Recommended use:

1 sachet per day.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 1 cup of still water, milk or yogurt. Stir intensively until the powder is dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation. The resulting suspension is a natural feature of the product.

It is recommended to use 30 minutes before the planned workout. Regular use for a long time (minimum 3 months) is recommended.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
