Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, maintaining proper energy metabolism; helps in maintaining electrolyte balance, proper functioning of the nervous system, proper functioning of muscles, bones and teeth, proper protein synthesis, maintaining normal psychological functions; plays a role in the process of cell division. Potassium helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles and in maintaining normal blood pressure. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous and immune systems; it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
INGREDIENTS: magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium); potassium citrate (potassium); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); fillers: potato starch, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; carrier: polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agent: talc.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN DAILY PORTION (2 tablets):

- magnesium – 220 mg (58%*)
- vitamin B6 – 1,4 mg (100%*)

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 2 tablets. The tablets should be swallowed with water. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
