MICROKOMPLEX® is a crystalline fertilizer easily soluble in water with a high concentration of magnesium and sulfur (160 g MgO and 320 g SO3 in 1 kg), enriched with microelements. Used in foliar feeding procedures, it quickly provides plants with magnesium and sulfur and microelements. MICROKOMPLEX® can also be used in the soil during irrigation (fertigation).

MICROKOMPLEX® used prophylactically during periods of increased plant demand for magnesium and sulphur and in crops with high requirements for magnesium and sulphur (cereals, maize, rapeseed, root crops (potatoes, beets), feed plants, fruit and vegetable plants) – is an effective source of magnesium (Mg) and sulphur (S). Fertilizer is recommended in case of soil conditions limiting the availability of magnesium and sulphur for plants (m.in. high soil abundance in potassium and calcium, soil very light and light/low capacity of the sorption complex, leaching deep into the soil due to prolonged and heavy rainfall).

Used at the dates and doses recommended in the fertilization programs of individual species, it effectively complements and/or corrects soil fertilization and provides magnesium and sulfur in forms easily absorbed by plants in phases when they show the greatest demand for these elements. Microelements contained in the MIKROKOMPLEX® fertilizer: copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), additionally have a positive effect on the development and growth of plants and the quality of yield.

Interventional feeding is recommended in case of poor condition of plants, when there are visual symptoms of magnesium deficiency on plants or when the results of analysis of plant material indicate too low magnesium content (hidden deficiencies).

Magnesium supplied in MIKROKOMPLEX® fertilizer has a positive effect on the size and quality of the crop by:

• increased chlorophyll content
• increasing the intensity of photosynthesis - positively affects the growth of biomass and plant growth
• stabilization of the structure of cell walls, which strengthens plants and improves their tolerance to adverse environmental conditions
• supporting the transport of assimilates and spare materials and regulating water management, increasing the resistance of plants to drought stress
• optimal uptake of water and nutrients by plants
• proper preparation of plants for the state of winter rest - increases resistance to low air temperature
• improving the consumption, feed and processing quality of the crop - increases the sugar content in the granary organs of plants

Sulphur (S) supplied in MIKROKOMPLEX® fertilizer has a positive effect on the size and quality of the crop by:

• increasing the efficiency of nitrogen fertilization, better nitrogen uptake from the soil
• Strengthening the energy of free nitrogen binding by soil bacteria (e.g. Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum)
• intensification of photosynthesis process - increases plant biomass
• proper synthesis of proteins and fats
• increasing the protein content of essential amino acids in the crop (e.g. improvement of flour baking value)
• Improving the binding of grains and seeds
• increasing the resistance of plants to diseases and pests
• increasing resistance to drought stress
• increase in frost resistance.
