Soldering station WEP 938BD-III is the answer to the needs of customers who need a small station of high quality for home or service. The included additives increase its attractiveness, they are a grotto cleaner with rosin and a sponge for cleaning the grotto.

Modern solutions allowed to minimize the size of the device. Thanks to the use of the microprocessor PID, the station provides precise temperature control, which is crucial for delicate soldering and desoldering work. The hot air soldering iron is equipped with a ceramic heating element, quickly and evenly heating, and shockproof. Temperature correction function. In the traction of using a soldering station, the value of the set temperature may vary, this is a natural phenomenon, because the temperature depends on many factors, such as contamination and wear of the tip, wear of the heating element. Therefore, the soldering iron is equipped with digital temperature correction, thanks to which soldering proceeds without problems.

Sleep function

After the set time of inactivity, the soldering iron enters a dormant state. This prolongs the life of the heating element, saves energy and protects the environment. You can disable this function.

The soldering flask is equipped with a brushless fan with a soft start and high durability, which provides blowing power up to 120 L/min and high reliability.

In the flask there is a heating element on a ceramic skeleton, built of thick wire covered with mica, which protects against accidental short circuit with the housing. The heater with a power of 700 W guarantees instant heating to the set temperature, enabling efficient work with electronic components and comfortable welding of plastics.

The Hot air flask has a standard outlet size of 22 mm, which provides a large selection of solder nozzles available on the market.

These nozzles fit models: Aoyue, PT, Hakko, Sunnko and many others. At our other auctions, you can buy as many as 80 types of solder nozzles, including BGA, PLCC, SIP, SOP, QFP nozzles and plastic welding nozzles such as BUT, Iron, Super Nozzle and many more.

The nozzles in our station are distinguished by a gap, which allows the removal of excess reversing air, especially at high temperatures and low airflow. This solution significantly extends the life of the heating element and prevents overheating, which is rarely found in other manufacturers.
